In order to deal with your delivery enquirey please follow these simple steps

• The date you made your paypal payment
• Your ebay and paypal ID's where appropriate
• Your paypal registered email address
• Your full name and paypal registered postal address as they appear in paypal

• Providing this information means we can deal with your enquiry quickly
• Failure to follow these steps will mean a delay in dealing with the matter

• Shipments within the UK are sent out promptly, useually the next day. They are sent via
• Royal Mail special delivery. This is a guranteed next day before 1pm signed for service.
• As this is a next day service Royal Mail do not provide tracking information.

• Overseas shipments are sent out promptly, useually the next day. They are sent via Royal Mail
• 1st class signed for air mail. Tracking information can be provided for this service.
• Please be aware the item might take time to clear customs upon arrival in your country.

• Please allow 2 weeks for overseas deliveries to arrive before making enquiries. They useually
• arrive within 5 - 9 working days, but do on occasion take longer.
