We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force services to ship all our orders to our customers. These shipping services are very reliable but on occasion an item ordered may become "lost in transit". In the unlikely event that this happens we will adhere to the time frames set out by the services we use to determine at what point a delivery can be considered "lost in transit. At this point for lower value items we will ship a replacement product to the customer at no extra cost to the customer. For higher value orders or items (orders with a value of £49.00 or more excluding the postal charges) a signed for or trackable service must be used by the customer. If a signed for or trackable service we offer has been used for the customers higher value purchase and the delivery has still been deemed to be "lost in transit", then we will ship a replacement order to the customer at no extra cost to the customer.
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (link). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.)
