We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force services to ship all our orders to our customers. These shipping services are very reliable but on occasion an item ordered may become "lost in transit". In the unlikely event that this happens we will adhere to the time frames set out by the services we use to determine at what point a delivery can be considered "lost in transit. At this point for lower value items we will ship a replacement product to the customer at no extra cost to the customer. For higher value orders or items (orders with a value of £49.00 or more excluding the postal charges) a signed for or trackable service must be used by the customer. If a signed for or trackable service we offer has been used for the customers higher value purchase and the delivery has still been deemed to be "lost in transit", then we will ship a replacement order to the customer at no extra cost to the customer.
