Payment Methods, Postage and Returns
We accept only PayPal payments for all online transactions. Paypal is secure and offers fantastic buyer protection. We only use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for larger items. We aim to keep these charges to a minimum or they may even be free! Postage and packing charges are clearly displayed as part of our online shopping cart experience. Our stock levels are maintained automaticcally and it is not possible to complete a purchase unless the item or items are in stock. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your transaction please get in touch as soon as possible. We will try our level best to sort out any difficulties and all ways aim for total customer satisfaction. As an online distance seller we are regulated by the UK's distance selling laws. This gives a customer the right to return a product within 7 days of receiving the goods. The product must however be in a fit state to resell as if it were completely new. Please do not open packaging that would be damaged upon opening it. If a product is in some way faulty or not fit for purpose we will issue a refund wether the item has been opened or not. Please note postal charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the costs of any return postage and packing costs.
